3. Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or directly at our Calne branch. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. Full payment and a security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed through secure payment systems.
4. Vehicle Collection and Return
- At the time of vehicle collection in Calne, it is essential to conduct a thorough inspection and report any pre-existing damage without delay. 7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle may only be used for legal purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting dangerous materials is not allowed. Renting the vehicle to others or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. Exceeding passenger or weight limits is prohibited. Additionally, driving outside designated geographical boundaries without prior consent is not permitted.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Calne will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the rental amount paid in the previous 12 months. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.

These Terms are regulated by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
